Electric Mud (1968) is one of the most controversial records Chess Records ever put out. The label wanted a different approach, involving psychedelic sounds, fuzzy guitars and hip beats. Muddy loved it, the critics hated it. I'm with Muddy on this one.Check out Electric Mud HERE.
